Henry Rix Racing/Rixbets is recognised as a client service of Racing 4 Profit Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act (Registered No. 343 3953) and having a place of business at 115 Brunel Building, James watt Ave, Glasgow, G75 0QD. As such, all matters in connection with, and in reference to Henry Rix Racing/Rixbets shall be dealt with by the company Racing 4 Profit Ltd.
1.0 Terms
Next Bet Free:
1.1 The option to receive Henry’s next bet free is open to new users of the Henry Rix Racing Service and is available one time only per user.
1.2 You are required to register, via the Henry Rix website (https://www.rixbets.com/next-bet-free/) your name, mobile telephone number and e-mail address, in order to receive the free bet(s).
1.2.1 Once registered, we may send you future communications and marketing regarding the Henry Rix Racing Service/Rixbets. For full details on how we use your data and your rights regarding the handling and privacy of your data, please read our PRIVACY POLICY
1.3 Once you have registered you will receive Henry’s next available days bet or bets, via text message. (Henry does not bet every day but generally bets most Saturdays and at the big Festival meetings throughout the year).
1.4 Next bet free is intended to give users a brief trial of the Henry Rix Racing service and users should be aware that we cannot guarantee results from any individual tips. Betting is carried out at the users own risk and you should never bet more than you can afford to lose.
1.5 The service is offered strictly as one use per person (Telephone number/e-mail address). Multiple and electronic registration attempts will be rejected.
1.6 Users of the service must not provide or otherwise make available any selection(s) to any third parties.
1.7 Racing 4 Profit attaches the utmost importance to the protection and enforcement of the legal rights to which Racing 4 Profit Ltd. and its information providers, as the case may be, are entitled as regards the confidentiality, copyright and other proprietary rights comprised within or otherwise arising in the course of the provision of the service and selections. Accordingly it is a fundamental condition of receiving the service (the breach of which will entitle Racing 4 Profit Ltd. to take the steps referred to at paragraph (1.8), that users acknowledge and agree:-
1.7.1 The service and selections are made available for use solely by each individual user alone in placing bets.
1.7.2 The user shall not do nor permit any other person to do any act which would infringe any copyright in the selections or other information obtained through accessing the service or the use of the users Identity; more particularly no part of such service may be copied or incorporated into any other work or materials or resold.
1.8 Any failure by the user to comply with the provisions of this Condition shall be a
fundamental breach of the contract entitling Racing 4 Profit Ltd. to:-
1.8.1 Forthwith seek to recover all and any loss or damage which Racing 4 Profit Ltd. or its information provider may have sustained as a result of such failure or breach by the user or any person to whom selections or other information forming part of the service, may have been passed by the user in breach of the contract.
1.8.2 The user shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Racing 4 Profit Ltd. and its information providers in full against all losses, costs, damages, charges, expenses and other liabilities incurred by or awarded against Racing 4 Profit Ltd. or any of its information providers as a result of or in connection with any breach of this Condition by the subscriber.
1.9 Racing 4 Profit Ltd. shall not be liable in contract, delict (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise for loss of profits, business or anticipated savings or for any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever.
2.0 Communication & Marketing
By using any of our services and providing us with personal data such as your email address, postal address or telephone number you consent to receive communication from us relating to the service Henry Rix Racing/Rixbets. E-mail marketing materials will contain clear links for updating your preferences or opting-out via unsubscribe link. SMS text messages will include an opt-out by reply function.
3.0 Opting out of Communication
All Racing 4 Profit Ltd. service users have the option to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us, either by using direct response links contained within marketing materials or by contacting the Racing 4 Profit Ltd. Data Controller directly:
